Whole UI jumping around when Reduced Motion is Off

Hey,

I thought that it was fixed in iOS 11.1, but it turns out it wasn't.

When I slightly and slowly tilt the phone the whole UI is just jumping around like crazy. When the phone is stationary, there are no issues.


Could this be a hardware bug?
I have 2 iPhone 8's in my home, both have the same issue.
