Whoops. Help me please.

Hi, I tried to install a theme for my ipod touch, there was a file in the theme to give the notepad a new background and dock and everything. When I originally went to my files via WinSCP I overwrote the original files for the note pad and now I have a completely different note pad and interface ALL the time. If someone could help me and tell send me what files they have in under /Applications/MoblieNotes and also :/Application/MobileSufari I would really appreciate it. Or if someone knows where I could get all these original files without restoring my ipod touch I would really appreciate it. Thanks. Also im running FW 1.1.5 just in case anyone is wondering.
