Who’s gonna cut a square into the xsmax battery case

I’ve got the black Apple smart case for my xsmax and I’ll be sending back the xsmax since I’m on the Apple upgrade program. Thinking of cutting out a square for the camera to use with the Maxpro. Anyone done it yet? Figured a new ones gonna cost $129 when it comes out and most I could probably sell this one would be $60-80 so I figured l wouldn’t be losing money. Lol

I wouldn't do it. It's not going to look good and you're not going to be able to sell it once you start cutting Just sell it.

This, plus the phone is also thicker/wider/taller. Not sure if it will make a big difference, but it certainly seems like a lot of compromise. OP, why not just try the new Pro Max without the battery case, what with the touted battery life improvements?
