This really a market fail. Why they release an iphone for only $100 lower? The iphone 5 should be $549, how is this plastic one comparable to iphone 5?

No way. It's as thick and heavy as the 4S. But it has the 5 internals. Why not just get a used or refurbished 5? Because you want it in color? Get a color case.

nope, the price point is too near the "higher-end" iPhone 5S to be worth considering.

And btw, I think you wouldn't be able to change the wallpaper of the iPhone 5C.. it'll always be the same coloured wallpaper as the back of your 5C...
