Who's renewing their contract?

The fact that in order to get the iphone at a discounted price means I have to sign on for another two years makes may wonder if I should buy the iphone apart from a contract.
 
I am renewing, but my husband works for AT&T and we get a pretty good discount, so I'm stuck with them regardless.

If not for that, I might seriously hesitate though.
