If you are still struggling, then maybe you restored from a backup of your old phone.
If so, then you have to go into settings to turn Siri back on. Restoring turns it off.

People are jus being snarky because this question has been asked and answered ad infinitum since the 4s was released.
Settings/General/Siri - turn it on.

Actually it's turn HIM on... we're in the UK and somebody decided we wanted a butler rather than a PA.
If you must do sarcasm, at least spell your words properly. It's 'you're', not 'your'.

Lets work through this slowly. Is "your" misspelled? Does the u go before the o? Let me know. If you use the word "there" instead of "their", is "there" misspelled? Or maybe, was the wrong form of the word was used, making it a grammatical error. It's an improper use of a contraction. Please don't tell me a 19yr old is giving me a English lit lesson.
