I had them side by side and noticed that I can open the LCD on the 13” at wider angle (around 10 degrees more). How come?
 
Because Tim Cook cost saving Tiltgate!

I am sure that the 13" is not broken. The hindge is sturdy.
The 'b' key does double/triple typing or non-responsive though
 
I measured the lcd's tilt angle today. 13" MBP has a 41 degrees tilt angle while the 15" have a tilt angle of 44 degrees. It is such a small difference but it is noticeable.
