I'm hoping that in light of the coincidence that the Mac was first introduced 40 years ago, and that Apple aired it's famous "1984" ad during the Super Bowl, and that Apple is the prime sponsor of the the Half Time show at the Super Bowl, that Apple will create an ad for the Vision Pro that is an homage to that famous commercial.

So, what could Apple do to tie in that first ad to a new ad announcing the Vision Pro? Well, that first ad was an homage to the George Orwell Book 1984.

Here's a thought:

A play off of Lewis Carrols' "Through The Looking Glass" with the idea that you are no longer looking at your computer, but that you can now climb inside of it, and be surrounded by it.

Other thoughts?

You could have "Alice" living in a black and white world, peering into a laptop monitor, and then she falls in and finds herself in a world full of color, all around her. 360 degrees.

Or, you can run the original ad, the woman runs in with the sledge hammer, but when the screen shatters, light fills the entire room with apps and environment floating all around everybody.

I can almost imagine the original ad with everyone wearing an AVP and the woman running in with the hammer crashing the screen and freeing them from…

oh wait, that probably wouldn’t be in Apple’s best interest. 🤣
