Why Am I Getting Notifications From The Memories In Photos?

I just uploaded some photos to the iCloud. I got notifications from the Memories in Photos.

Why am I getting Memories in the Photos? Are my photos on the iCloud visible to others?

I get those also and I don't even have iCloud Photos turned on. I think it is a background process in Photos that does this. There is a checkbox in Photos prefs to turn it off if you like.

Unless you put them in a shared album then no.
