Why apple doesn't have monthly plans for the education site in Canada?

Apple Canada offers monthly payment for their macbooks, but this is not available for education pricing?

You're better off asking Apple but it comes down to two choices: finance at higher price or pay upfront with a discount.

Canada may be considered a fairly small market compared to other regions.
