why are 7 chargers made in China, but SE chargers made in India? (all say model# A1385)

why are 7 chargers made in China, but SE chargers made in India? (all say model# A1385)

I noticed this when comparing the chargers that came with my two new iPhones , 7 and SE, both bought within the last couple of weeks.

Am I correct in assuming that 100% of iPhones are made in China?

From where did get that information???? Everything is made in China

not the Made in India Apple chargers that came inside the iPhone SE 64g box.
(ordered from verizonwireless.com a couple of weeks ago)

after some searching, apparently Foxconn is in the process of shifting some
iPhone manufacturing from China to India, so I guess they started with
making accessories there?
