Are all quad-core processors i7 by default? Are there no Haswell quad-core i5 processors? Not that it's a bad thing, but just something I noticed.
Took me by surprise as I figured there would be a i5 > i7 upgrade path on the 15-inch model. Does this mean the difference between the 2.0 CPU and the 2.6 are minimal?
I know the differences between the i5 and i7 on the 13-inch, but if all of the 15" processors are i7, would it have any differences aside from clock speed? Such as more cache/turbo boosting for iGPU? And can we assume battery life would be nearly the same across all of the i7 processors?
Thanks.
