For two days, my iPhone 4s (iOS 7.1.2) and my Mid 2012 15in MacBook Pro (OSX 10.10.4) will not sync reading lists or bookmarks under any circumstances both to and from my Mac and iPhone. Absolutely everything else is syncing without a problem - iCloud Tabs, Messages, Notes, Calendars and Reminders.
So far I have done the following:
I have also come across certain links such ashttp://www.sheepsystems.com/files/support_articles/bkmx/rebuilding-icloud-bookmarks.html which refer to specific software that isn't applicable to me.
I'm thinking that something in the Console could tell me if there is an error, however seeing as it wont sync from iPhone to Mac also, then I'm guessing it's iCloud side, but that doesn't explain why everything else syncs perfectly. Is there something specific I could looking for?
Of course it's worth pointing out again that iCloud Tabs sync across devices perfectly, so this issue relates only to Bookmarks and Reading List.
What else can I try, and why has this happened so suddenly? I rely on using reading list constantly as I am away from my desktop for large parts of the day and use the reading list almost as a to do list for later back at home, so I desperately ask - how can I fix it?
Thanks

So far I have done the following:
- Followed the steps here with no success - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT203519
- Tried the steps outlined in this article with no success -http://www.macworld.com/article/2029647/when-safari-bookmarks-fail-to-sync.html
- Signed out of iCloud on my Mac and iPhone with no success;
- Repaired disk permissions - clutching at straws, no success;
