Why are pictures on the web blurry?

Like, really blurry, you can barely recognize the person.
I'm using a Mac Book Pro, and it's been a problem for quite some time now.
I first noticed it on Facebook, and I thought it was just their problem.
But then, the same thing happened to other web pages.
Every web page I go to, had blurry images.
And when I save images, they're also blurred.
I've tried using a different web browser, because I thought,
maybe it was just something wrong with Firefox and Safari, but no.
Can anyone help?

Blurry? Like when a picture isn't fully loaded yet on dial-up? Pictures aren't blurry for me...

Yeah, like really pixelated. The pictures are already loaded,
but they're still blurry. I would refresh the page, and it's still the same.

Are you zoomed in on the screen? I believe it's Command + Scroll Wheel that invokes it.

No, only the images are blurred. Not the text.

Are you zoomed in on the screen? I believe it's Command + Scroll Wheel that invokes it.

when zoomed in...

When your zoomed in on a mac the text doesn't get blurry only the images do. try zooming out all the way and check your internet speed or connect to another network.
