iPod touch Why are some playlists no longer avaiilable on my iPod Touch?

Anyone know why some playlists are not available to download on my iPod Touch? Going for a week long trip tomorrow. I just got this last week. I only really use it when I'm tripping. Tyere are some playlost just not there. Does it have something to do with iCloud? Argh.

I just noticed my Genius mixes aren't showing up on my Touch. Should show up in Playlists. Bad news. Possible IOS 13 artifact? Music and iTunes screwups widespread on various Catalina posts. Hope they haven't also messed up IOS.
