There seems to be more commercials crowding into cable tv programming than ever. I have to pay for this? Really, I have to DVR everything I watch now.
 
I'm having the same problem with my satellite tv service. I also DVR programs so I can zip through the advertisements.

Heh...you didn't realize that television networks are now commercials with a show thrown in to keep you interested, did you? The other night, I fast-forwarded through a seven-minute commercial break during an hour-long show. It's getting kind of ridiculous.

No really...advertising is the source of cash. That's why it's on everything, everywhere. The only reason TV shows really exist is to keep you watching the ads.

I'm more pissed off when I buy a DVD and it, too, has ads at the beginning.
