I bought my MacBookAir to use with Logic to make music with. I also have a Mac mini M2 that came with Ventura and I have managed to revert it back to Ventura to keep the two Macs on the same OS.
For me, I am going to take the side of if it isn't broken then why fix it and possibly introduce more issues that I currently don't need to deal with. When I had drive problems with the mini I took it into the Apple Store and they did force upgrade the Mac to OS14 at the time, and I found it ran slower and with more issues as it kept on downloading "crap" off Apple like backgrounds and who knows what that filled up the internal drive then it had to start offloading my core OS apps thinking it didn't have enough room. I don't know if that was just an OS bug but I had enough trying to stop it I figured out how to revert back to 13.7 to be the same as the Air and stuck with that.
I am however curious as to why others here are staying with Ventura? They are soon going to be releasing MacOS26 I guess they will call it. what keeps you from the upgrade?
