Its well after 12:30 am here in Phoenix Az. So where are you and why are you still up?

And im still up because i dont want to go to sleep..

Just for curiosity, What time do you have to wake up?? Not till 8:30 for me :)

Because I don't work until 1pm tomorrow.

And I made and decorated cupcakes and consumed some frosting in the process. So now I have sugar in me.

I do all my baking late at night.
This time last night, I was working on a nice brioche. :D

..because its only 8.43pm
..because there is rugby, league and America's cup events happening
..because I am on MacRumors

Because my order of Ayinger Bräu Weisse came in, and I am enjoying some nice wheaty-goodness. :)
And it's 4:50am here....and I prefer to be awake mainly at night.

AyingerBrau?!!
My local pub used to be a top Ayingerbrau pub. They still do the Alpine lager and Weisse. They used to have Prinz lager and the D Pils too.
The D Pils was a killer on draft (5.9% - 7%), but it was my usual!

Enjoy your top choice beer!!

No, not AyingerBraü (although that was a good brewery, and still is).

Samuel Smith distributed the AyingerBraü beers in the UK for a while, but I think they renamed them to the regular "Samuel Smith" in 2005 (not sure on date). Either way, the brews are still available in the Samuel Smith line and are a great buy for the buck!

The Ayinger I am talking about can be seen here.

I am a bit of a beer freak (and taking the habit back up as my new vice since I stopped smoking).:)

Oh, and I will enjoy it! Thanks! :D

Pesky German breweries with similar names!!!

My local is a Sam Smiths pub. I stopped drinking lagers, when I'm out, a few years back and since been a Sam Smiths Sovereign Bitter drinker.

SS swapped Ayingerbrau Prinz and D Pils for their own Pure Brewed lager.

I'm a bit of a beer fanatic too!

Yes, the naming convention was a bit confusing. However the Ayinger is great, and I prefer it over the Weihenstephan. Ayinger's Oktober Fest beer is also a delight.
