I thought I had my iphone 6 (8.1.2) all set up to automatically upload my photos to the cloud so I could access them from my Mac Air at home. But I took a bunch of pictures today, and I can't find them in the cloud on the Mac.

Anyone know what might be wrong and how I can get these photos to upload?

To be more specific, go to settings, iCloud, photos and turn on iPhoto library. Then go into your photos app and let your photos upload.

If it's already turned on but the photos are not uploading for some reason, try turning iCloud Photo Library off then on again to reboot the process.

Thanks for the replies. The photos uploaded a couple of hours later without me changing any settings. Maybe it was just a glitch of some sort.
