Why aren't there any sites that tell you when iTunes has your favorite movie on sale?

There are a bunch that let you put all of your iOS Apps in, and add whichever App or game or whatever you're looking for, has a price drop you get an email.

Why has no one done this for the iTunes Movie Store or even TV Show Store?

I'd love to be able to go somewhere and put my favorite movies on a list, and say "when iTunes has The Fifth Element for $9.99 in HD, email me" or "when White Collar - Season 4 drops to $19.99 or less let me know"

Or is there someplace like this and I'm just clueless? I've been searching and I can't find any.......

I just wish they included the HD price to Buy (not rent) without clicking over to iTunes
