Why bother upgrading to 4.3.1???

A little bit of help please?

Been jailbroken for a little while and been doing a lot of reading about 4.3.1 on these boards and others.

3GS, on 4.0.1, 05.13.04 firmware. Rocking the lovely edius hd, lexs widgets, having taken a little bit of time to learn some codes for editing them etc

What reasons are there for me upgrading and re-jailbreaking? Would really appreciate some thoughts on this, cheers!

Native hotspot, faster Safari, supposed better battery life.
