I have a 2.1 FW jailbroken and unlocked but I cant see to find Summer boad anywhere in Cydia. Is there a repo that I have to download first? I downloaded some summer board themes but cant seem to find the summer board app?

Why can't I find Summer Board on Cydia?

There is no Summerboard for 2.x. Use Winterboard. Very different UI, but all in all a much better app, IMO. Made by the creator of Cydia.
