I'm trying to make an alias for SketchUp, but it's not in the menu. If I try and do it for any other application, it's in a menu option.

Why can't I alias Google SketchUp?

Thanks

mother folder read/write adjustment

Go to the mother folder (ie: 'google sketchup 7') and click 'get info'.

at the bottom of the info screen, click the 'lock/unlock' button to unlock the folder and give the administrator read/write rights.

Afterward, you can make an alias of the sketchup program which is in the folder.

Hope it helps.
