iPod touch Why cant i open facetime or the app store on my ipod touch 4g?

My facetime just quits after 5 seconds into the call and my app store just quits after like 3 seconds also.
I also jailbroke my ipod yesterday, i also downloaded the new jailbreak today which is supposedly aimed to kill the bugs but nothing has happened. How do i fix this issue

restore, you might of ran over a bad file when you were installing the jailbreak.
