Why can't I post to a particular message board?

Hello my fine feathered friends. Picked up my iPad 2 today. I cannot post to my school message boards at www.ivybridge.com . I was wondering if there is a work around or something? I can open and read posts just fine, and I can type,y post but when I click 'post' nothing happens.
