Why cant I put music on my iphone 3gs (error 13019)?

so everything worked yesterday when i was adding music. i add my music manualy btw. but today i downloaded a couple of songs and nothing could be added. this msg appears everytime i try: The iPhone cannot be synced. An unknown error occured (13019).

im not trying to sync either so idk why this pops up. the music i downloaded are all standard mp3 so its not the file problem i believe. and my computer does detect my iphone and it shows up in my itunes. i have ios 4
