Why can't I sell my brand new 3GS 32GB unlocked phone?

i have a brand new 3GS 32gb with the old bootrom or whatever it's called so it's jailbreakable and unlockable yet I still can't seem to get it sold, neither on craigslist, ebay or any other online forum.

I'm asking for 500+shipping.. Do you guys think this is a fair price? I see phones getting sold for much more and mine doesn't.. And it even comes with a black incipio feather case.. i mean wtf?

It's only been used for a week or so and it's in mint condition so I just don't get it.

Could anyone shine a light on this for me? Because I'm getting pretty fussed.

If you are listing the phone as brand new & then saying in the description that it is around a week old, that is probably the reason why it is not selling. It clearly is not brand new then if it has already been used.

It's in brand new condition, I never said it was unopened.

That's probably a fair price for a 32 gb 3GS. Don't they go for $700 without a contract? Keep trying man.
