What am I doing wrong here?

When adding widgets to my lock screen, if I tap on Batteries, iOS says, "Keep track of the battery levels of your devices." Devices. Plural. However, if I tap on the widget for AirPods Max, I don't see a way to add a second widget for, for example, my Apple Watch. I can only add a widget for one device. So I end up having to choose a Weather widget, even though what I would really like is to have a second Battery widget showing the battery level of my Apple Watch. Any ideas?

See? Something like this is what I would like for my Lock Screen. ⤵️
