Why can't my iPhone 4S view these videos?

There are two actives ones but the other 8 are grayed out...any reason for this? I can view it perfectly fine on my iMac, just not the iPhone.

Hmm, not sure...I'll have to look into that I suppose.

Idk if those vids are flash related, but other Youtube videos have this grayed out box as well.

The videos are greyed out because YouTube hasn't transcoded them for non flash, mobile device playback. It could be due to copyright, or it could be because the uploaded prevented it, or maybe YouTube hasn't gotten around to it. There could be any number of reasons.
