I understand different tasks require different amounts of power, but a buffer would negate that. This seems so beneficial to me.

Why can’t we get an “iPhone powering down in 60 seconds” countdown before the battery dies?

What do you plan to use these 60 seconds for, that you did not do when you got the low battery notice? (except looking at the countdown).

Don't really see the point of it unless they did release it with a themesong such as "the final countdown" while its counting down.
