hello. i have a MBP, and all of a sudden my wireless network disappeared on my MBP. when i clicked on the airport icon at the top, i saw that not only my network disappeared but all the surrounding networks disappeared and it just says, Not Configured (there are usually like 3 or 4 additional network, neighbor's house, etc.).

the odd thing is, the day before this happened, the airport showed a full signal like always, but it did not let any of my computers connect to the internet. then, after reseting the Airport Extreme, and clearing out any errors, all my other Macs have no problem connecting wirelessly, only my MBP has the problem.

can anyone help me out with this?:confused::mad::(

i really dont want to believe that my airport card just DIED all of a sudden.

i went into the system preferences, and there is no Airport option - only Built in Ethernet, Bluetooth, and Built in Firewire.

Disappearing networks

Try unplugging the base station, wait a couple of minutes, and plug it back in.
