Why did apple legal not take the Keyboard of the web before the announcement?

I think because if they did, consumers would be absolutely sure that was the actual keyboard.

I follow most Apple rumors, and I wrote that keyboard off as a fake because Apple didn't care enough to get rid of the pics. So I guess, for me, it worked.
