You having trouble pre ordering so you can collect your new iPhone on the 24th?

And to make it worse, i sold my current iphone on eBay... and instead of just paying for his new item so I can dispatch it, the buyer has sent me an email asking what the condition of the item is?!
Could he have asked me this BEFORE the auction ended?!?! Maybe before he put a biog fat stupid bid in?!?
By the speed of his resposnses he checks his emails twice a day.... still no payement..... what an absolute effing time waster.
