Don't they usually drop $100 when a new model comes out? It's still the same price as it was before with no price cut at all :\. I still have a 2012 that's needing replaced in a few months time and I'm thinking about getting that model, but for $200 I can get the new one without the touch bar (although it looks so cool..)

they go on sale from time to time. I got the $1,499 13" for $1,299 and the $1,999 15" for $1,699.

The early 2015 model is looking really appealing.. wish I would've upgraded awhile ago instead of waiting, but I guess now it makes more sense on which one to get. As much as I'm enamoured by the new touch bar, the price just can't be justified for me. After buying the computer, applecare, accessories, etc. it'll come out to over $2k.
