Does anyone know why suddenly my airpod pro 2s would start chiming and the case blinks green when not in use? They are fully charged but it keeps chiming and blinking two or three times a day for no good reason that I can tell or find out. I have the sound turned off for when I open the case

Thanks for posting. Been getting the same lately, subjectively ever since I’ve forgotten the case one time walking out the door. It was merrily chirping away until I pressed the back button. Ever since, it’s been randomly chirping or when I pick up the case. It woke me up once too. Batteries of the pods and case are full in all instances.
Very odd.
Did a complete reset today (forget device + hold back button until white then amber and re-paired). Hopefully it doesn’t come back..

Mine were doing it when i picked them up after not using them for a while. I've sent them back now as I was having other issues too. Especially with a third-party watch that I had no issues with the original version.

After the hard reset and re-pairing them, the chirping hasn’t resurfaced yet. However now I could swear the white noise / hissing on ANC mode is way more pronounced than before. Comparing them to my girlfriend’s APP2s there seems to be a louder static noise than before the reset and it doesn’t improve by repeating the procedure..
If this isn’t all fixed with future firmware/iOS updates, I’ll have mine swapped out (AppleCare).
