I want nothing on there, nothing... But after i use an app consistently, it suddenly stays there even after full closing. What the hell is going on, and what the heck do I do?

thanks

Are you referring to the dock or the launchpad? If you are referring to the dock - right click the app on dock > Options > Keep in Dock (untick).

When you say full closing, are you just clicking the red cross on the application window or are you going to the App's name on the top left and choosing "Quit"?

If the application icon on the dock has a black dot underneath, the application is still running.

I quit the app 100%. Not just red x. and from the launch bar on the screen... I have an app, and if I leave it open for extended periods, it permanently stays there after full close.

not really.

it will 'stick' only if you move it, or if you tell it to stick by right click -> options -> keep in dock
