iMac sells in volume to consumers. Mac Pro sells in tiny quantities to professionals and there aren't any manufacturing issues with the screen.

I think it will be out in mid-fall, personally.

I suspect Intel is on the critical path for this product in both time and volume. We and Apple are at the mercy of the Ivy Bridge Xeons availability.
