because the system hasn't been updated yet
you shouldn't be worried. you also shouldn't try to order another phone. AT&T will catch up and you'll be billed the full amount
sorry i meant and iphone 4, still getting used to that, and to the post above you, i just was checking my elgibilty, I didnt order it.
