Why Do iWork iOS Apps Suck on my 6S?

i have to create a ton of
Documents daily and am using apples pages and keynote. However even on my new iPhone 6S the apps are super slow. It lags and even typing one sentence can take 5 minutes.

I'm running 9.2 of that makes a difference.
