Excuse me if I'm pointing the finger at the wrong piece of software but this is getting rather annoying..

When I'm browsing the web and have several Firefox windows open, I've found their behavior to be rather unpredictable when the window I'm working in is overlapping another.

For example, when I tell 1password to autofill a form for me, it will often think I'm telling it to fill in forms for the browser window beneath the active one - until I seperate them... then it works. The same goes for bookmarklets.. I use quite a few for web tasks and activating one will often cause it to target whatever window is beneath the active one. Very frustrating..

Is there a fix for this?

i dont know if the problem is with 1passwords, OSX, or firefox...

any particular reason for not using tabbed browsing?
