Why do some MagSafe chargers show an animation and some don’t?

Hello! I was wondering why some MagSafe chatters who’ll show a circular animation when you attach it to the phone/case but some others don’t do anything, they just show the battery icon as charging? I’ve noticed that the Anker MagSafes don’t play any animations and you can’t even turn off the power banks power when attached, but with some other brands, like lisen and niau, they play the animation and you can’t even turn them off even if they’re stuck to the phone.

My guess would be one is MagSafe and the other ones are just magnetic chargers. There’s some different technology in the MagSafe chargers where they get more watts. You’ll see a lot of them only say 7.5 watts or something and that’s not MagSafe.

I don’t know the technical difference though.
