Why do some YouTube vids not work?

Some videos don't seem to load no matter what on the iPhone or iPad.

Does anyone know the reason for this? Is there any way around this problem?

I believe (tho not certain) that the videos that do not play on iPhone/iPod/iPad are the videos that are posted on youtube only in HD. Why they aren't down-converted I don't know, but I've had this problem also.

If you use the YouTube app, all videos must be converted. That means some videos you can't view. If you go to m.youtube.com in Safari, you'll be able to view all videos.
