My macbook is about 5 years old,it was working fine until about a year ago.Whenever i make a video on photobooth and upload it to youtube my voice lags and the video speeds up randomly.How do i fix it? i dont know how to edit or anything so that will be no use.

Why do videos lag on my macbook?

Have a look at Activity Monitor (Applications / Utilities /) during playback and select All Processes and sort by CPU to see what the culprit may be.
Also check the "System Memory" tab to see what your "Page ins:", "Page outs:" and "Swap used:" are.

Did you also install the latest version of Flash?
What video version (240p, 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p) do you watch when lagging occurs?
What Mac OS X and Safari (or whatever browser you use) version do you run?

not sure of the mac i got it in 07ish and i use safari the last software update i did was for the lepoard.
Is the lagging on youtube videos the only problem you have? Or do you have lagging/slowdown/weird behavior in any other part of the system?
Just the lagging,but the last video i had posted it had speeded up at the end of the video also.I would call apple but i'd have to pay $25 :/
