Why do we not get full movie features?

Did not see a specific section to ask this question, and since now all purchased movies are viewed through the Apple TV app on the devices or TVs, I figured Id ask this here

Any movie I purchase through iTunes never seems to include all the hyped/advertised bonus items. Why does digital purchases on Apple not include that?

Example, Deadpool & Wolverine, $29.99, no bonus features that’s advertised to be included with digital purchases.

Are they not available when you select play on the movie? Normally if there are extras you select play and get an interactive menu where you can see all the additional content.

Nope, when I select play, it just starts the movie, it does not give that intro screen where youd see the options. At the price we pay, I cant see why the same digital features that are for everyone are not included in the apple download.

Found it, I normally watch on an Apple TV which gives the menu. On iOS you need to follow these steps:

If you can't view your iTunes Extras - Apple Support

Get help when you can't view or play iTunes Extras while watching a movie that you bought from the Apple TV app or iTunes Store.

Well your screenshot for Deadpool does show iTunes Extras so it should be available.

What happens when you play the movie and click on the iTunes Extras button?
