Why do youtubers always review specked out models?

Really models with 2 TB of storage and insane maxed out RAM instead of based 256 GB or 512 GB and 8 GB of RAM. I think I only spot one YT review a MacBook Air with the base specs. Really you can't have a non-bias review if you are using the maxed out version.
