iPod Why does auto artwork download get stuck?

I was wondering why my itunes 7.0 automatic album artwork downloading gets stuck after a certain point?

I have to reboot the itunes program and redo... it's frustrating. Any idea on this?

It seems to happen when you're working on other stuff. Maybe it's not stuck, just the indication. Either way just do it overnight.

How do we know it's working?

I suspect that it reads a lot from a main server. Perhaps too much people using it so it does get overloaded sometimes?

this happens on both the windows and mac version for me...so i assume it is a problem with the server...just restart itunes and it seems to finish most of the time.
