Why does Battery Health want to access my contact?

I certainly wouldn't let it. It may want to spam advertisements to your contact list. Use iStat Pro (free) or iStat Menus ($16) to get accurate readings of your battery, temps, fan speeds and much more.
You may be right. Good thing ML reported to me so I just won't let it. Guess this is the bright side of sandboxing.
Google Chrome Does that too
I was surprised when I launched chrome browser and I got a warning that it wanted to access my address book.....
All these years of these programmes sucking up information without users knowing !!
Good deed apple good deed. incidentally, latest version of Skype on iOS won't let you log in unless you allow it to access your address book and load it to its secure servers WTF !

Good thing I hit cancel on that. I was a bit offended by the fact that it was trying to access my contacts. Why?! ...So I could send pictures of my battery % to them?
