Why does Facebook keep messing with the friends list??

You can no longer pick search criteria when looking at someone's friends list.

Even worse, when scrolling down through someone's friends on fb mobile it doesn't respond every 3rd swipe down

No, I can't scroll through a friends list to find discover people I might have forgotten about. Why is anything Facebook related automatically classified as stalking?
