At night I shutdown my Mac. Then in the morning it's on! Why?
It's not any of the following:
*Schedule/sleep settings
*'Open at Login' settings
*Energy settings
*Time Machine
So what do you think it might be?

the only thing i can think of is the modem waking up the computer. You are shutting it down rather than sleeping the machine right?

PS - what mac are you using - iMac?
