Why do things look like this.... any help?? I am using a macbook Pro prolly a 2006 model running Leopard 10.5.7. Please Help

I'm guessing, but I would say a corrupted font. There is a utility called Font Book you should have, if you're using Leopard. In Font Book there is a way to check and validate fonts. You'll have to read the help files, since I've not used it for a bit.... but this should get you started. Do a back up first!

Try the fontbook or reinstall the app using English as your default language
